What is Excel to Formula View?

Excel to Formula View is a feature or tool that reveals the underlying formulas in an Excel spreadsheet instead of just showing the final calculated values.
Instead of seeing the output of a formula (like a number or text), you see the actual formula (e.g., =SUM(A1:A5)) written in each cell.

Some converters or tools export spreadsheets in this formula-visible mode so others can review, audit, or share logic without altering the data itself.
